I bought the 5pack (2x black, and 1 of each color). I used both of the black ones and both times the ink clogged. I had to clean the printer 3 times and still some print channels are still blocked.

I was skeptical when I purchased this item for my brand new printer, now, months later, I have to say that the ink cartridges worked very well, and I was very impressed. It's true that the packaging does not look like the original ink cartridges at all, but it doesn't take a genius to figure these out. None of the inks leaked in the package, they all worked great and lasted a good amount of time.
One warning - be careful when changing these cartridges. I ruined a good pair of jeans. Once installed, the seal is broken and unlike the Brother inks, there is nothing to prevent any remaining ink from leaking out when being removed. I was replacing the yellow cartridge and three drops of ink dripped out of the hole in the back and onto my jeans. It could have easily been avoided if I had not tilted it downwards, or if I had a bag to put it in right after I remove it. Anyhow, better my jeans than my carpet.
It's a great deal and I would definitely order these again.

These cartridges come with no instructions, and won't work with my Brother 495 printer, instead giving me a "can't print 35" error message. The Brother cartridges have a cap, which you screw off. These don't, but instead have a hard plastic seal. I tried clicking them in to the printer, which does pierce the seal. But I keep getting "unable to print" notices. These cartridges are not recognized and are worthless without instructions on how to make them work. Since there doesn't seem to be a way to contact the manufacturer for help, I'm stuck with these non-functional cartridges. What a waste.

Super Quick...Excellent choice...I got 10 ink cartridges and seller shipping was super quick. The price for one ink cartridge at a local staples was double the price. I've been printing with the black cartridge for over a month and have not noticed any difference in this cartridge and brand name one I used before. I have not given it super attention as we print frequently for school and college assignments but they look the same.

Works very well and very easy to install. Had none of the problems other reviewers have mentioned. The only thing different is that there is no lock to take off like on Brother cartridges. Just slipped right in.
Customer service was fantastic and the lady very helpful to me. They are in US not China as some have stated. Rowland Heights California to be exact. Had no problems getting in contact with them either once I remembered the time zone difference. :)
I don't know what others found so wrong but for me this was an easy purchase and install. The product works great and print level is on par with Brother cartridges.
Will definitely buy again from them
